REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 14 days from the purchase date and we will provide a full refund of your unused credits.

If the problem cannot be fixed and you are unhappy with the service you are entitled to a refund within 14 days. No refunds will be made if we terminate your services due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any other violation of our Terms and Conditions, except as may be provided therein. This does not affect your statutory rights. Credit on your account cannot be refunded and must be used for purchases and renewals.

Please note that used credits are not refundable.

Additionally after 14 days there are no refunds for Credit in your account.

Refunds are not allowed for the following criteria
  • 1: All types of payment gateway charges.
  • 2: Change of mind not applicable in 14 days.
  • 3: VAT and tax on the price of goods or services.
  • 4: Unused credits of the service after validity expired.
  • 5: Any setup fee or charge like Masking registration charge.
  • 6: Any payment collection charge like Clearing Cheque, Swift Inward Remittance, Intercity online transaction fee, etc.
  • 7: Accounts purchased under a promotion, with or without a promo code, are excluded from the 14-day money-back guarantee.
  • 8: Any funds sent to BULK SMS BD which are in excess of the amount owed can only be reimbursed in credit and cannot be refunded by cash money.
